Project summary statement: The City of Everett has had an agreement with Sound Transit for a cost reimbursement for maintenance and operations at Everett Station since July 6, 2015. The current agreement expires on December 31, 2020. This amendment extends the current agreement for an additional six months to allow negotiations to continue. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Interagency Agreement Between the City of Everett and Sound Transit for Everett Station Operations and Maintenance.
