Based on public input and the 2019 <br />Community Needs Assessment, the Committee recommends priority funding for the <br />programs supporting Housing, Mental and Behavior Health, and Homelessness including <br />how it relates to the growing needs in these categories to support impacts of the COVID- <br />19 pandemic. A Request for Grant Applications will be issued following City Council <br />approval of the priorities. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt Resolution establishing Human Needs Priorities for 2021 Grant Funding. <br />
