At approximately 60% design, the responsibility for constructing the three -acre park was transferred to the property developer. Transferring $2.0 million to CIP 1 will supplement the planned $1.0 million contribution for 2021, bringing us to the goal of funding CIP 1 at $3.0 million per year.
