It amounts to an extra tax. <br />Perhaps some businesses cannot take care of their own property and want to pay an extra tax rather than expend <br />substantially less than doing so themselves. However, you have also included 4 unit apartments or <br />fourplexes. Fourplexes are not classified as commercial property in real estate and can be funded with FHA and VA <br />loans as well as conventional financing. Commercial funding is needed for 5 units or more. The inclusion of 4 units <br />properties should be amended, if this "extra tax" is retained. 5 units or more would qualify as commercial properties in <br />the real estate arena. <br />To be clear and in summation, I oppose this whole Ordinance and Resolution. <br />Thank you for presenting my viewpoint. <br />Brenda Rumball <br />425-244-0400 <br />1 <br />
