u AT&T
December 1, 2020
Ryan Sass
Public Works Director
City of Everett
3200 Cedar Street
Everett, WA 98201
Carol Tagayun
Director, External Affairs
VIA EMAIL AND FIRST-CLASS MAIL - rsass@everettwa.gov
RE: Thank you
Dear Director Sass,
AT&T Services, Inc.
16331 NE 72nd Way
Redmond, WA 98052
www.att.com
C: 714-624-0943
Carol.tagayun@att.com
As we end a year full of extraordinary challenges, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for
the exceptional people at the City of Everett that make it possible for AT&T to improve wireless services in the
communities we serve.
Never before has staying connected been more essential in our lives. The demand for wireless data is greater
than ever and continues to grow as we adapt to new ways to conduct business, attend school, and get
healthcare. FirstNet, the nationwide public safety broadband network built by AT&T, has been helping those
on the front lines effectively coordinate and respond to emergencies. AT&T's efforts to enhance and expand
its network would not be possible without the help and support of your Department of Public Works team.
For that, AT&T would like to acknowledge the staff at the City of Everett, who have adjusted their way of
working to continue to provide support with permitting and land use application reviews of critical AT&T
projects. We would like to acknowledge especially the efforts of the City of Everett's ROW Permits staff for
their exemplary public service. Euneka Richards was also distinguished by our team for her professionalism,
responsiveness, and guidance.
Again, we say, "Thank You," to everyone at the City of Everett for your support and we look forward to
continued success in 2021.
Kind regards,
L
Carol Tagayun
Director, AT&T External Affairs
cc:
Mayor Cassie Franklin
Everett City Council
Euneka Richards, Senior Engineer
