Location: Water Pollution Control Facility Preceding action: PSA-Approved 9/11/20 Fund: Fund 401- Water/Sewer Utility Fund Fiscal summary statement: The City of Everett has an existing Professional Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. with a total compensation amount of $579,090.00. This amendment does not include a request for additional funds. Project funding is provided by Fund 401— Water/Sewer Utility Fund. Project summary statement: Public Works seeks to amend a Professional Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to extend the agreement completion date to provide additional time to complete previously approved engineering services related to the preparation of the 2020 Water Pollution Control Facility Facilities Plan. The original PSA was signed 9/20/2019. This amendment will extend the contract completion date to December 31, 2021 but provides no additional funds.
