This Agreement/grant award and the rights and obligations of both parties hereto shall be subject to and governed by the following,incorporated by reference herein as is fully set forth: (1)Grant Budget attached hereto or Exhibit"A" (2)Expense Reporting Form attached hereto or Exhibit"B" The City has funds available,authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the negative economic impact of the Coronavirus;and The Business has been awarded assistance from the Everett CARES Rounds 1 or 2 Small Business Grant Program;and relying on the information provided by the Business,the City has determined that Business is a small business at risk of long-term business injury or closure as a result of the Coronavirus;and The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000)to be used as working capital to retain jobs,to expand commerce,and to off-set the negative impact of the coronavirus on its business;and 1
