This Agreement/grant award and the rights <br /> and obligations of both parties hereto shall be <br /> subject to and governed by the following, <br /> incorporated by reference herein as is fully <br /> set forth: <br /> (1)Grant Budget attached hereto or Exhibit <br /> "A" <br /> t4 <br /> } <br /> (2)Expense Reporting Form attached hereto <br /> or Exhibit"B" <br /> The City has funds available,authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the negative <br /> economic impact of the Coronavirus;and <br /> The Business has been awarded assistance from the Everett CARES Rounds 1 or 2 Small Business Grant <br /> Program;and relying on the information provided by the Business,the City has determined that Business is a small <br /> business at risk of long-term business injury or closure as a result of the Coronavirus;and. <br /> The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Three Thousand($3,O00)to be used as <br /> working capital to retain jobs,to expand commerce,and to off-set the negative Impact of the coronavirus on its <br /> business;and <br /> The City has analyzed evidence provided by the Business that there is no duplication of benefits from other <br /> sources of federal funds,such as SBA Paycheck Protection. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing Recitals and the covenants,conditions,representations <br /> and warranties contained herein,the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> I THE GRANT <br /> I <br />
