This amendment modifies Section 5.7 of the contract <br />to extend the period for power reductions from 10 to 12 years. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Secondary Service Contract with Snohomish County Public <br />Utility District No. 1. <br />
