The first improvement was work <br />on the regional bicycle network (RBN) link which designed and constructed a signed <br />bicycle route linking downtown bicycle lanes on Hoyt Avenue to a separate project <br />accessing the Interurban Trail at 41sY and Colby. The second improvement made <br />upgrades to sidewalks and ADA ramps to enhance pedestrian access to the waterfront. <br />Lastly, signage and pavement markings were added to 19th Street linking Jackson Park to <br />the downtown bike lanes. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt an Ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled "Complete Streets <br />2017' Fund 303, Program 110, as established by Ordinance No. 3563-17. <br />
