Concurrent with the streetscape improvements, a Utility project <br />replaced an aging water main on Rucker Avenue, between Pacific Avenue and Everett <br />Avenue. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 4 to the construction Contract with <br />Jansen Inc. for the Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvement Project Phase 2 Phase <br />3 and Rucker Water Main Replacement in the amount of $650,667.18. <br />
