f. Exclude Contractors from CLIENT's benefit plans, policies, and practices, and not make any <br /> offer or promise relating to Contractors' compensation or benefits. <br /> g. Onsite Responsibilities - Adhere to local, state and federal guidance regarding workplace <br /> safety in relation to COVID-19 including, but not limited to: <br /> 1. Requiring all employees wear masks or facial coverings. <br /> 2. Social Distancing or workspace and interaction. <br /> 3. Restricting ability of onsite work for anyone experiencing a body temperature of <br /> above 100.4 per the CDC guidelines. <br /> 4. Provide hand washing stations and hand sanitizer when applicable. <br /> h. CLIENT will adhere to Parker payroll schedule of Saturday to Sunday and approve timecards <br /> in a timely manner on a weekly basis by no later than 12:00PM on Monday. <br /> 1. Timecards will be submitted via Parker WebTime portal by contractor on a weekly <br /> basis and automatically submitted to CLIENT for review and approval via electronic <br /> signature. If no approval is received by 5pm on the Tuesday following the previous <br /> week's work, it will be presumed that the Client approved the time record. <br /> Term of Agreement <br /> 1. This Agreement will be for a term of the availability of grant funds from Worksource Snohomish <br /> from the first date on which both parties have executed it.
