(ICI) eliminates some un-needed remaining landscape work. The Parks Department has requested the deletion of four (4) bid items because they did not wish to plant bulbs this late in the year, and because the planting areas are already full. The City of Everett will receive an appropriate credit for these bid items. In addition, the City will receive 30% credit on plant selection and establishment. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 24 with ICI for the Grand Avenue Park Bridge with a credit to the City of Everett of ($17,474.70)
