Enterprise Enrollment <br />MDATP in GCC US SLG <br />Amendment ID M624 <br />The parties agree that the Enrollment is amended to add the following terms that shall apply when <br />Government Partner or Enrolled Affiliate Reseller orders the components listed below for an Enrolled <br />Affiliate that is a member of the Community: <br />1. The following new Section is added to the Enrollment: <br />a. Applicable Terms. Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (MDATP) is a <br />commercial service and therefore is subject to the commercial terms and conditions. The <br />MDATP service (the relevant skus of which are listed in the table below) will be <br />provisioned in the public commercial cloud whether or not such components have "GCC" <br />in the sku number and/or service name. While these services can be accessed from an <br />Office 365 Government Community Cloud ("GCC") tenant, the security controls and data <br />commitments related to the service are described in the current System Security Plan <br />(SSP) for the Azure Commercial FedRAMP High ATO and Online Services Terms, and <br />not the SSP for the Office 365 GCC FedRAMP ATO. If your GCC tenant is provisioned in <br />the United States, Customer Data will be stored at rest in the United States.
