The hospital <br /> recognizes that the application fees and plan check fees are non-refundable and <br /> that any plan approval and/or permits approved will be contingent unon the <br /> hospital obtaining the special property use permit and variances +hich are now <br /> pending before the City's Hearing Examiner. <br /> The hospital recognizes that the special property use permit or variances could <br /> be denied or conditioned in such a way that any such plan approval could be <br /> void or require plan amendment. <br /> It is with this understanding and these acknowledgments that the hospital is <br /> requesting that the plans to be submitted in the next several days by the <br /> Howard S.
