SECTION 4 — PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 4.1 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> Suppliers must provide a proposal which must demonstrate an understanding of the project requirements <br /> as stated throughout this Request for Proposal. <br /> Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted in the order specified below. Proposals must <br /> include: <br /> 1. Supplier Commitment and Information (attached) <br /> 2. Price Sheet (attached) <br /> 3. Narrative responses to the questions asked. Suppliers should re-type the heading, question <br /> identifier and question.Then answer the questions and provide in the same order requested below. <br /> Suppliers may emphasize in their narrative any areas of their proposal that they believe exceed our <br /> requirements. <br /> 4.
