Bill has earned a positive reputation with clients and regulators as an objective <br /> scientist dedicated to achieving effective solutions to complex natural resources and <br /> regulatory challenges. He is experienced at engaging both technical and non-technical <br /> professionals as well as thegeneral public. Bill is competent to lead the full range of <br /> p p 9 <br /> discipline tasks related to environmental science studies and environmental permitting/ <br /> compliance. He regularly performs alternatives analysis, impacts assessment, and mitigation/ <br /> restoration design related to fisheries,wildlife,wetlands,vegetation, and aquatic resources. <br /> He also leads document preparation and applicant consultation of CWA 404/401,ESA <br /> Section 7,state(WDFW, DNR), and local (CAO/SAO and clear and grade) permitting. <br /> Bill also has experience conducting environmental due diligence,soil/water contaminant <br /> investigations, and property redevelopment pursuant to federal RCRA,CERCLA, and <br /> Washington MICA regulations.
