Exhibit A—Scope of Work <br /> General <br /> The contractor shall receive general direction for multimedia content production and <br /> multimedia broadcast operations from the designated city representative based on the project <br /> schedules established by the City.The work includes close coordination and interaction with the <br /> public, City of Everett staff,and elected officials. <br /> Multimedia content production <br /> Work related to multimedia content production may include but is not limited to videography <br /> and photography.There will be a mix of studio, on location and field work which may require <br /> equipment setup, operations and tear down.Video and technical directing,audio visual <br /> recording, post-production graphics and editing,and content archiving may be required for <br /> various productions. Equipment maintenance, purchasing, and inventory is included in this <br /> scope of work. <br /> Work will be reviewed for quality by Everett Channel representative. <br /> Multimedia broadcast operations <br /> Work related to multimedia broadcast operations may include but is not limited to set-up, <br /> operation and maintenance of various broadcast equipment,both for traditional and virtual <br /> platforms.There will be information technology functions as well as minor broadcast equipment <br /> maintenance and troubleshooting. Contractor may be asked to coordinate with broadcast <br /> engineers, Everett Channel vendors and I.T. staff to maintain, upgrade and install hardware and <br /> software necessary multimedia broadcast functions. <br /> Compensation and pay request <br /> The contractor shall be compensated at the rate indicated on their Professional Service <br /> Agreement with the City.The contractor shall submit requests for payment to the designated <br /> city representative identifying the date period and hours of effort on assigned tasks. Pay <br /> requests shall be accepted no more than once a month and are to be submitted to the City on or <br /> before the 5th day of each month. <br /> Schedule <br /> The schedule shall be on as-needed basis,which may include evening and weekend <br /> assignments. and will developed in coordination with the City of Everett Channel representative. <br />
