The comments below were generated from this project's City of Everett Civil Reviewers for PW2006-012:Site Work for T.I. All questions shall be routed
through this project's Public Works Reviewer Sabrina Fandler with City of Everett Permit Services (425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov).
# Document Sht/Pg Reviewer's Comment Designer's Response Initials
1 Civil Plans General Please note that redline comments are provided on the civil plan 1. Blue text added to the plans. AMB
set separately from this correction letter. Items in this correction 2. Revision clouds removed from plans.
letter reference the redlined sheet as a whole and include
highlights from the page's redlines for designer response, but do
not always include all of them (things that are small pickups).
Please be aware of this and respond to all bulleted comments
below in addition to marking indication of addressed redlines not
documented by this correction letter.
In response to the previous review comments/responses
regarding permit PW2006-013 for the canopy site work, I have
cancelled this permit. Any drainage work tying the canopy into the
site system can be reviewed with the canopy building permit.
Please include any applicable civil plan sheets in the building
permit set to be applied for at a future date. They can still be civil
sheets as they currently are, they just won't need a separate
permit.
NOTES TO THE ENGINEER/DESIGNER:
1. Please note that red text redlines are direction to the
engineer. Blue text is the note to be used on the plans
word-for-word. Since it appeared that my redlines did not
get picked up as I intended with the last round of
revisions, my goal is to try to make pickups as easy as •
possible to be able to get your plans to an approval state
with the next review.
2. I strongly suggest removing revision clouds to the
changes. City of Everett typically does not want any
clouds on plans until after permits have been issued to
keep the plan set as clean as possible and readable for
the contractor. If there are any revisions after permit
issuance, that is when clouds are appropriate.
Page2of4
