• I
Kelsey Heyd
From: Kelsey Heyd
Sent: Friday,August 28, 2020 3:04 PM
To: 'gloriana@spanebuildings.com'
Subject: B2006-019 - 8112 Beverly Blvd #A - Planning Corrections
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for submitting a building permit application (B2006-019)for the proposed work at 8112 Beverly Blvd#A. I am
reviewing the permit for the Planning division. Below, please find the required Planning corrections for your proposal. If
you have any questions regarding these corrections, please let me know and I'm happy to be of assistance.
Planning Corrections
1. Site Plan. The site plan does not meet the minimum residential site plan checklist, including but not limited to:
lot coverage by building, building height calculations, legal description, and distance between all buildings.
Please refer to the checklist for all required details and update the site plan accordingly.
2. Height calculations shall be identified in accordance with the building height handout and shown on both the
site plan and elevation plans. Please revise.
3. The survey recorded with the underlying short plat map for the property, under Auditors File Number
8906025004, identified the lot depth as 108'. Please revise.
4. Please note: Property corners shall be clearly marked in the field by a licensed surveyor to verify setbacks upon
inspection in accordance with EMC 19.39.180; I do not need a copy of a survey prior to permit issuance however
please be advised this information will be redlined on your plans.
5. A Generic REVI Land Use Permit application was included with the building permit submittal materials. It is
unclear to me as to why this was submitted—please clarify. Note: the building permit itself is typically considered
sufficient to meet the REVI administrative processing requirements for Accessory Structures meeting the
provisions of EMC 19.07.020 and thus a separate LU Permit is not required. If you were requesting any
modifications i.e. height, a REVII LU Permit would be required but that does not appear to be the case for this
proposal.
The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan
checklist and building height handout. The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website &online
resources" link in my signature. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email. For
general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at everetteps@everettwa.gov or 425.257.8810.
Note:these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from
other departments.
Thanks,
Kelsey Heyd
NIAssociate Planner I Community, Planning& Economic Development
425.257.8731 13200 Cedar Street 2"d Fl., Everett,WA 98201
EVERETT everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
Please reference our website&online resources for updates to our service.
