Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an
associated item in this corrections letter.Likewise, comments below may not have associated
redlines. Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately addressed by
providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to indicate that it has been picked
up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can also be included with
your resubmittal to address the comments below(handwritten remarks under each comment
on this letter are perfectly acceptable). The below listed sheets have redlines.
i. Sheet C0.03
ii. Sheet C 1.01
iii. Sheet C1.02
iv. Sheet C2.01
v. Sheet C2.03
vi. Sheet C4.01
vii. Sheet C4.02
viii. Sheet R1.01
ix. Sheet R1.02
2. The comments below were generated from this project's Stormwater Reviewer. If you have any
questions regarding these comments, please contact Arnie Roshak (425-257-7249 or
ARo shak@everettwa.go v).
a. Replace Ex CB#01 with new type 1 catch basin—the existing structure is actually an inlet
with no sump and is not to current City standards.
b. Proposed 12-inch drain line is shown discharging to an existing 8-inch storm drain at Ex
CB#01. There is an error in the survey. The existing pipe from ex CB#01 to the catch
basin across the street is 6-inches,not 8-inches. (Confirmed in the field, there is a 6"PVC
pipe in the outlet of Ex CB01) Confirm sizing needed to convey flows from the site and
ROW(currently showing a 12-inch discharging to an 8-inch pipe). If a 12-inch is needed,
replace drain line from ex CB#01 to the connection to CS main, otherwise, just replace
and upsize the ex 6"pipe to 8"to the downstream catch basin across the street.
c. Bioretntion cell #1 dimensions and bottom area in plans are smaller than what was used
in the model input. Revise modeling calcs for the proposed design or make proposed
design match model.
d. Modeling input shows that bioretention cell #1 discharges to bioretention cell #2, but the
plans show it discharging directly to Infiltration Facility 1. Revise modeling calcs for the
proposed design or make the proposed design match the model.
e. Confirm pervious areas for basin 3-7 (model input doesn't match the table in the
Developed Basin Map).
f. Provide all inputs and outputs from the model for review, not just snapshots.
