The options are the Long -Range Plan <br />— Growth Option (identified in the City Council adopted Everett Transit long <br />range plan) and the Unified option (identified as merging with Community <br />Transit). Nelson/Nygaard Consulting is assisting city staff and Community <br />Transit staff with a comparison analysis that will be conducted against the <br />baseline of the current funding structure for Everett Transit. <br />This briefing summarizes the project's technical analysis and presents the next <br />steps for phase 2 of the Rethink Transit project. The team has developed <br />service scenarios for each future year -option combination and performed <br />analysis on each of these scenarios. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />A briefing and project update <br />
