Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for your use <br /> upon resubmittal). <br /> b. Plans: (2)full size sets of revised plans. <br /> c.Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br /> d. SWPPP Report: (2)copies of revised SWPPP report. <br /> Response: <br /> a.Please see attached. <br /> b.(2)sets of Revision 1 drawings included in transmittal package. <br /> c.No longer required as we do not trigger the Ecology requirement. <br /> d.No longer required as we do not trigger the Ecology requirement. <br /> PW2. Please provide the square footage for the parking lot,patio and sidewalk areas being <br /> replaced. It appears that there is more than 2,000 SF of replaced hard surface area (asphalt and <br /> concrete) which triggers minimum requirements 1-5 of the Ecology Stormwater Management Manual <br /> of Western Washington (SWMMWW). More than 5,000 SF will trigger minimum requirements 1-9. <br /> Minimum Requirement 5 requires on-site stormwater management utilizing the BMPs shown in List <br /> #1 in order of priority. Before I can approve the building permits, I will need the required plans and <br /> reports addressing the Ecology requirements.
