Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public <br /> Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building <br /> Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape,or other types of drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made_ <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br /> resubmittal). <br /> b. Plans: (2)full size sets of revised plans. <br /> c. Drainage Report: (2)copies of revised report. <br /> d. SWPPP Report: (2) copies of revised SWPPP report. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm-4:00pm (closed <br /> between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br /> 2. Please provide the square footage for the parking lot, patio and sidewalk areas being replaced. It appears <br /> that there is more than 2,000 SF of replaced hard surface area (asphalt and concrete) which triggers <br /> minimum requirements 1-5 of the Ecology Stormwater Management Manual of Western Washington <br /> (SWMMWW). More than 5,000 SF will trigger minimum requirements 1-9. Minimum Requirement 5 <br /> requires on-site stormwater management utilizing the BMPs shown in List#1 in order of priority. Before I <br /> can approve the building permits I will need the required plans and reports addressing the Ecology <br /> requirements.
