Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Sprinkler <br /> plans only.The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Reviewer and/or the <br /> Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape,or other types of drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made_ <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br /> resubmittal). <br /> b. Plans: (2)full size sets of revised plans. <br /> c. DCDA Cut Sheets: (2)copies. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:O0pm and from 1:00pm-4:00pm (closed <br /> between 12:00pm-1:O0pm for lunch). <br /> 2. Please see the attached letter from 2012 requiring the installation of a double check detector to replace <br /> the existing 4-inch single check-valve if any modifications to the sprinkler system are required. Based on <br /> field crew observations there is enough room in the existing vault where the single-check is located to <br /> install a DCDA.
