Our geotechnical engineering scope of services for <br /> this project included the advancement of eight (8)exploratory soil borings to depths ranging from <br /> approximately 61/2 to 211/2 feet. The purpose of these services is to provide information and <br /> geotechnical engineering recommendations relative to: <br /> subsurface soil conditions floor slab design <br /> groundwater conditions seismic considerations <br /> earthwork and utility trenching pavement design <br /> foundation design stormwater infiltration <br /> lateral earth pressures <br /> 2.0 PROJECT INFORMATION <br /> 2.1 Site Location and Description <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION <br /> Location Located approximately 500 ft. south from the intersection of <br /> Evergreen Way and Casino Road in Everett, Washington. <br /> Latitude: 47.920606 ° N <br /> Coordinates <br /> Longitude: -122.228491°W <br /> Current ground cover Current ground cover outside of the existing building area primarily <br /> consists of asphalt with portions of the site covered in landscape <br /> The site gently slopes in the northeast to southwest direction. <br /> Existing topography Elevations range from approximately 562 feet at the northeastern <br /> end to 557 feet in the southwest corner of the site. <br /> Responsive • Resourceful ■ Reliable 1 <br />
