We have revised the plans and reports per the City of Everett's comments and are issuing these revised set of plans for your review. The following changes were made as part of this plan submittal: 1. On C-100,the legal description was compared to the original documentation and was revised to properly reflect the true description 2. Across all sheets, construction note 32 was revised to a 1"water meter 3. Across all sheets, construction notes 41 and 42 were removed. 41 was replaced with the requested root barrier. 4. C-200 was revised to show a relocated Bioretention Swale "A" 5. C-200 was revised to show the PCC pavement in locations where the Stormtech system had less than 18"of cover. 6. C-200 was revised to show the root barriers 7. C-200 was revised to show the second stormtech inspection port 8. C-300 was revised for the removal of the grease interceptor system 9. C-300 was revised to show the new Biofilter A dimensions, it should be noted that the original biofilter was 150 sqft in size,this Biofilter is functionally equivalent at the same size. 10. C-300 was revised to show two isolator rows 11. On C-301,the Nyloplast Drain Basin detail was revised for a 24"sump 12. On C-500,the Grease Interceptor detail was removed 13. On C-600, callout 36 was clarified 14. On C-600,.two isolator rows are now shown.
