Applicant should present testing plan and results(see current draft revisions to WAC 173-350 Solid Waste <br /> Handling Standards and definitions of clean soils). <br /> From Megan F&S:Settlement, LPSB,gas system, drainage damage and repair: <br /> 3. You made the following comment "Potential impacts due to the stockpiling, whether additional settlement, <br /> impacts to the cement modified soil cover and landfill cover, site drainage, and landfill gas migration should be <br /> considered by the applicant."To which Perteet replied "Perteet will follow up with HWA for concurrence that all <br /> measures have been considered."Has documentation of this evaluation/concurrence by HWA been provided?
