All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br /> 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development'. <br /> 3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig.The day you call does not count.TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br /> 4. Site work and erosion control measures shall be per approved plans and SWPPP dated 05/18/2018.Approved documents must be able to be <br /> produced at the job site on demand. Erosion control measures must be installed and inspected prior to start of soil haul. Applicant must have <br /> State certified CESCL on site at all times'during haul. <br /> 5.A Pre-Construction meeting is required prior to beginning any work under this permit.Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy <br /> Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction for a consultation,to evaluate Erosion/Sedimentation control set-up, and with all other <br /> inspection requests. <br /> 6. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt,mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. Loaded trucks shall only operate on Riverfront <br /> Blvd. <br /> 7. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. <br /> 8. Any damage to City infrastructure shall be repaired or replaced at the Applicants costs per City Standards as directed by the City PW <br /> Inspector. <br /> 9.Special protection shall be installed at the expansion joint of the north approach to the Bigelow Creek Bridge deck as per the attached detail. <br /> This work must be completed and approved prior to commencment of soil hauling. <br /> 9.Three warning signs shall be placed on either approach of the bridge protection at 100'spacing, in advancing order,W8-1 "BUMP"(black on <br /> orange), "MOTORCYCLES USE EXTREME CAUTION"(black on orange), and W13-3MOD TRUCKS 15 MPH(black on orange). Sign sizing <br /> shall be per MUTCD. Coordinate final placement in field with a representative from Everett Traffic Engineering(425-257-8810 press 7). <br /> 10. Soils to be brought on site for stockpiling need to be demonstrated that they are clean soils. Applicant must submit testing plan and results <br /> prior to beginning soil haul onto landfill site(see current draft revisions to WAC 173-350 Solid Waste Handling Standards and definitions of clean <br /> soils). <br /> 11. Landfill site must be kept secureand locked at the end of each work day; contractor is allowed to put their locks onto gates. Public access is <br /> not allowed. Townhome resident access may be allowed through the site under separate approval of gating system. <br /> 12. Landfill cover integrity must be maintained during work. Haul routes on the landfill must be established and rocked and maintained to <br /> eliminate ruts. Positive grading and stockpile management must be maintained at all times to prevent ponding of stormwater. <br /> 13. Stockpiles must be setback per plans from the environmental control and monitoring systems,which include the landfill gas system, leachate <br /> system and ground water and landfill gas monitoring systems.
