• <br /> December 30, 2020 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 2011-71 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project, entitled <br /> "Reservoir No. 2 Replacement," Fund 336, Program 017 <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Roberts, that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 2011-71. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Murphy, Moore <br /> Ordinance 3792-20 adopted. <br /> • <br /> AGREEMENT— PARK PROPERTIES TO LEASE GREENHOUSES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> award and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract in substantially the form <br /> provided for Request for Proposal #2020-061 Public Private Partnerships— Park <br /> Properties to Lease Greenhouses to T & L Nursery Inc. <br /> Council Member Roberts asked about the relationship between T & L Nursery and <br /> the Evergreen Arboretum Gardens group, and he encouraged staff to foster a <br /> relationship. <br /> Bob Leonard, Parks & Facilities, stated no formal agreement currently exists; <br /> however, it is hoped that the City will be able to broker a relationship between <br /> the two. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked about the nature of the one-year term of the <br /> agreement. <br /> • <br /> 436 <br />
