Section 2: Effective March 1, 2021, and thereafter until December 31, 2021, service charges for City of Everett <br /> surface water management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for <br /> sewer service as follows: <br /> A. Single family residence: $27.51 per month <br /> (The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.) <br /> B. For other than single family residence (multiple family residence, commercial, and industrial users, <br /> etc.). The rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula: <br /> Drainage service charge per month= $3.06 per 100 cubic feet of metered water consumption <br /> (The monthly charge includes the current state utility tax.) <br /> The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be $27.51 per month. <br /> Effective March 1,2021,this Section 2 supersedes Section 8 of Ordinance 3529-17. Section 8 of Ordinance 3529- <br /> 17 remains in effect until such date. <br /> Section 3: Effective January 1, 2022, and thereafter until December 31, 2022, service charges for the City of <br /> Everett sewer system are hereby fixed as follows: <br /> A. Single family residence: $83.22 per month <br /> (The monthly charge includes Surface Water Quality Protection and Enhancement and the current <br /> state utility tax.) <br /> B. For other than single family residence (multiple family residence, commercial, and industrial users, <br /> etc.) the rate shall be computed in accordance with the following formula: <br /> Sewer services charge per month =$9.25 per 100 cubic feet of metered water consumption <br /> (The monthly charge includes Surface Water Quality Protection and Enhancement and the current <br /> state utility tax.) <br /> The minimum monthly charge regardless of usage shall be $83.22 per month. <br /> C. Septage volume fees: $0.2779 per gallon of discharge <br /> Section 4: Effective January 1, 2022,and thereafter until December 31, 2022, service charges for City of Everett <br /> surface water management services are hereby assessed on all utility customers in Everett not being billed for <br /> sewer service as follows: <br /> A.
