When a permit for an Irrigation service for a single-family <br /> home is issued that is currently on a flat rate service, the <br /> customer will be required to change to a metered service <br /> v. In addition, a <br /> charge of$0.8987 per 100 cu. ft. or$4.49 minimum filtration charge shall be added to arrive at <br /> the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added to the filtration charge. <br /> 2. Master Meters <br /> a. Master meter rates shall be required for water districts, water associations or other <br /> organizations providing water service to 16 or more permanent services.
