Two pre-bid meetings will be held to discuss the project. Attendance of at least <br /> one of the pre-bid meetings is preferred for all prospective bidders. At these <br /> meetings the items on the Agenda will be covered (see 1.5 BASIC Agenda). The <br /> meetings will also include a site walk of the WPCF and WFP sites. All <br /> B. Bidders must follow all mandated COVID restrictions. <br /> 1.2 DATE <br /> A. Meeting 1 - December 3rd, 2021 <br /> B. Meeting 2 - December 10th, 2021 <br /> 1.3 LOCATION <br /> A. The initial meeting place will be at the WPCF site: 4027 4th Street SE, Everett <br /> WA. <br /> B. The second meeting place will be at the WFP site: 6113 Lake Chaplain Road, <br /> Monroe WA. <br /> 1.4 TIME <br /> A.
