Exhibit I <br /> Payment Upon Termination of Agreement <br /> By the Agency Other Than for <br /> Fault of the Consultant <br /> (Refer to Agreement, Section IX) <br /> Lump Sum Contracts <br /> A final payment shall be made to the CONSULTANT which when added to any payments previously made shall <br /> total the same percentage of the Lump Sum Amount as the work completed at the time of termination is to the <br /> total work required for the PROJECT.In addition,the CONSULTANT shall be paid for any authorized extra <br /> work completed. <br /> Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contracts <br /> A final payment shall be made to the CONSULTANT which when added to any payments previously made, shall <br /> total the actual costs plus the same percentage of the fixed fee as the work completed at the time of termination is <br /> to the total work required for the Project. In addition,the CONSULTANT shall be paid for any authorized extra <br /> work completed. <br /> Specific Rates of Pay Contracts <br /> A final payment shall be made to the CONSULTANT for actual hours charged at the time of termination of this <br /> AGREEMENT plus any direct nonsalary costs incurred at the time of termination of this AGREEMENT. <br /> Cost Per Unit of Work Contracts <br /> A final payment shall be made to the CONSULTANT for actual units of work completed at the time of <br /> termination of this AGREEMENT. <br /> DOT Form 140-089 EF Exhibit I <br /> Revised 6/05 <br />
