January 27, 2021 <br /> by Snohomish County, and subsequent extensions allowed per the current <br /> agreement. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT AWARDS - CULTURAL ARTS CAPITAL AND PROGRAMMING <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, to <br /> concur with the recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and approve <br /> the 2021 Cultural Arts Capital and Programming Grant Awards as designated in <br /> an amount not to exceed $45,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused and Council Member Tuohy who was recused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 2101-02 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE vacating Larch and Fir Streets lying South of 14th Street <br /> and North of 15th Street in the plat of Baker Heights <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Roberts, that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 2101-02. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding allocating funds from vacations to specific projects. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked if staff would present a briefing on how <br /> 7 <br />
