Subsection 5608.3 of the IFC, entitled "approved fireworks displays," is hereby deleted and the <br /> following inserted in its place: <br /> 5608.3 Approved fireworks displays.The approved fireworks shall be arranged, located, discarded and <br /> fired in a manner that will not pose a hazard to property or endanger any person. <br /> H. Subsection 5608.4 of the IFC, entitled "Clearance," is hereby deleted and the following inserted in its <br /> place: <br /> 5608.4 Clearance. Spectators, spectator parking areas, and dwellings, buildings or structures shall not be <br /> located within the outdoor display site. <br /> I. Section 5609 of the IFC, entitled "Temporary storage of consumer fireworks" is herby deleted. <br /> 16.03.400 Amendments to IFC Chapter 57, Flammable and Combustible Liquids. <br /> Adopted as amended by Washington State with the following local amendments: <br /> A. Subsection 5704.2.9.6.1 of the IFC, entitled "Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited," is <br /> hereby deleted and the following inserted in its place: <br /> 5704.2.9.6.1 Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited. Storage of Class I and II liquids in <br /> above-ground tanks outside of buildings is prohibited within the limits established by law and the <br /> Everett Zoning Code Title 19. <br /> B. Subsection 5706.2.4.4 of the IFC, entitled "Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited," is <br /> hereby deleted and the following inserted in its place: <br /> 5706.2.4.4 Locations where above-ground tanks are prohibited.The storage of Class I and II liquids in <br /> above-ground tanks is prohibited within the limits established by law and the Everett Zoning Code Title <br /> 19. <br /> 16.03.410 Amendments to IFC Chapter 58, Flammable Gases and Flammable Cryogenic Fluids. <br /> Adopted as amended by Washington State with the following local amendments: <br /> A. Subsection 5806.2 of the IFC, entitled "Limitations," is hereby deleted and the following inserted in <br /> its place: <br /> 5806.2 Limitations.
