Staff has completed a review of these documents and found them acceptable. The staffs review is pursuant to c6apter 246-329 WAC Childbirth Centers codified Rules, Regulations, and Standazds adopted by the department as amended to date. Local building officials have the authority for teview and approval of this construction project for occupancy of this faciliry putsuant to the State Building Code as acr,ended to date as adopted by the local jurisdiction. I am returning a stamped "Appcoved" drawing for your use at the job site. Final appmval is subject to applicable codes and field inspections. We recommend this document become a permanent part of the faciliry records. New construction uea shall not be occupied until it 6as been surveyed and/or approved by Facilities and Services Licensing and granted occupancy approval by the local building official. New facilities should apply for an appropriate license th*ough Licensing Administration at least six weeks pr;or to the anticipated opening date. Enclosed are two notification cards. Please complete and retum the Rreen card when construction beAins. Please complete and retum the pink card and one copv of the Certificate of Occupancy when consavction is complete.
