Attn: Property Law Administration Dept. 1000 Darden Center Drive Orlando, FL 32837 RE: Request for Signage Replacement I Olive Garden#4448 GMRI, INC: We received a sign modification request from Site Enhancement Services to replace the existing signage at the Olive Garden located at 1310 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett WA with new Olive Garden signage as depicted in the attached sign plan dated September 30, 2019. On behalf of Brixton Everett LLC("Landlord"), please be advised that the Landlord has approved the sign plan provided the following: 1. Any modification(s) made to the signage or Premises must comply with all applicable city, state,municipal or local laws,regulations, rules and/or ordinances, inclusive of permitting requirements (if applicable); 2. Any modification(s) made to the Premises must not conflict or violate any provisions of the mall CC&Rs or other governing documents; 3. Any modification(s) made to the Premises must continually maintained by Tenant as part of their normal Lease obligations. In the event Tenant's proposed modifications conflict with any of the above-mentioned provisions, Landlord retains the right to revoke approval, require Tenant to bring modifications in line with current code and/or governing docs, or remove the installation(s) in its entirety. Landlord has also granted authorization for Site Enhancement Services to apply for the new signage on behalf of GMRI, INC, but in no way is intended to authorize Site Enhancement Services to apply for any services or permits under the Landlord's name.
