On behalf of <br /> Brixton Everett LLC("Landlord"), please be advised that the Landlord has approved the sign plan <br /> provided the following: <br /> 1. Any modification(s) made to the signage or Premises must comply with all applicable city, <br /> state,municipal or local laws,regulations, rules and/or ordinances, inclusive of permitting <br /> requirements (if applicable); <br /> 2. Any modification(s) made to the Premises must not conflict or violate any provisions of <br /> the mall CC&Rs or other governing documents; <br /> 3.
