SCHEDULE C <br /> CARES ACT <br /> SELECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> This Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, PL 116-136, <br /> Section 5001 Coronavirus Relief Fund is in part or wholly funding this Agreement. <br /> A. Compliance with Specific Laws,Regulations,and Agreements. <br /> 1. City shall comply with the CARES Act, PL 116-136, Section 5001 Coronavirus <br /> Relief Fund regarding allowable expenditures. <br /> a. The City agrees to undertake the Agreement funded project ("Project") more <br /> fully described in the Statement of Work(hereinafter Schedule A). Agreement <br /> funding is to address necessary expenditures due to the public health <br /> emergency related to the Coronavirus(COVID-19)pandemic. <br /> b. Such expenditures must be incurred during the period of March 1, 2020, <br /> through December 30,2020. <br /> 2. City shall comply with the U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus Relief <br /> Fund Guidance and Frequently Asked Questions as amended. Additional <br /> information is available on the U.S Department of the Treasury website: <br /> littps://home.treasury.gov/policv-issues/cares. <br /> II. FISCAL MANAGEMENT <br /> The City shall not use funds available under this Agreement to supplant funds otherwise <br /> available. <br /> A. Accounting Standards <br /> The City agrees to comply with OMB Uniform Guidance and 2 CFR part 200.303 <br /> regarding internal controls, 2 CFR part 200.330 through 200.33 regarding <br /> subrecipient monitoring and management and subpart F regarding audit requirements. <br /> City agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein,to <br /> C-1 <br />
