Federal and State Prevailing Wage Requirements <br /> Use of federal, state, or local funds to reimburse costs associated with labor I <br /> s: <br /> performed for any type of maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, construction, etc. may <br /> trigger Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) wage requirements and/or State <br /> Prevailing Wage requirements per RCW Chapter 39.12. Projects that include <br /> construction costs will require performance and payment bonds from the prime City. <br /> G. Final Invoice <br /> The City shall submit final invoice for reimbursement or payment under this <br /> Agreement no later than January 10,2021. There are no exceptions. <br /> HI. PROJECT SAFETY <br /> Recognising that the body of knowledge regarding COVID-19 is rapidly evolving, the <br /> City shall take all reasonable measures, based on the existing state-of-the-art knowledge <br /> related to the transmission of COVID-19 as made available by the U.S. Centers for <br /> Disease Control and Prevention and the Snohomish Health District,to prevent the spread <br /> of COVID-19. <br /> 4 <br /> IV. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND MONITORING <br /> The City agrees to participate with the County in any monitoring (on-site and/or desk) or <br /> evaluation of the Project conducted by the County to determine Agreement compliance <br /> and to make available all information in its possession relevant to such evaluation. <br /> The County will monitor the performance of the City against the goals and performance <br /> standards set forth in this Agreement. Remedies for substandard performance that is not <br /> corrected to the County's satisfaction may include Agreement suspension or termination. <br /> V, TIME OF THE ESSENCE <br /> Time is of the essence in the performance of each party's obligations under this <br /> Agreement. Each party will carry out its obligations under this Agreement diligently and <br /> in good faith. <br /> C-3 <br />
