BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Presidential Disaster Declaration # FEMA-4481-DR-WA COVID-19. To provide funds to the SUBRECIPIENT for the emergency protective measures taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak as approved by FEMA in project worksheets describing eligible scopes of work and associated funding. The DEPARTMENT is the Recipient and Pass-through Entity of the Presidential Disaster Declaration # FEMA-4481-DR-WA COVID-19, and FEMA State Agreement, which are incorporated by reference,and makes a subaward of Federal award funds to the SUBRECIPIENT pursuant to this Agreement. The SUBRECIPIENT is accountable to the DEPARTMENT for use of Federal award funds provided under this Agreement and the associated matching funds. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DEPARTMENT and SUBRECIPIENT acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement, references and attachments hereto and have executed this Agreement as of the date and year written below.
