He <br /> recalled that when he returned to the office, he realized that the building should not have <br /> been signed off as complete, changed the inspection to a "correction required" and made <br /> appropriate notes. He told me that he also contacted the contractor to inform him/them of <br /> the correction and he was verbally recalling the building final inspection approval. <br /> As it stands the building permit B1909-009 final approvals are awaiting: <br /> 1. "Installation of chain-link fence requires review. Submit plans showing install details". <br /> 2. Permit K2001-004, "Adding (8( new pendent sprinklers for new coolers" only has a <br /> rough in approval A final inspection will be required. Contact Everett Fire for inspection. <br /> 3.
