He recalled that when he returned to the office, he realized that the building should not have been signed off as complete, changed the inspection to a "correction required" and made appropriate notes. He told me that he also contacted the contractor to inform him/them of the correction and he was verbally recalling the building final inspection approval. As it stands the building permit B1909-009 final approvals are awaiting: 1. "Installation of chain-link fence requires review. Submit plans showing install details". 2. Permit K2001-004, "Adding (8( new pendent sprinklers for new coolers" only has a rough in approval A final inspection will be required. Contact Everett Fire for inspection. 3. Landscape inspection is required for the parking islands before final.
