• <br /> Demo Permit Conditions: <br /> 1.This permit for demolition/removal of building structure only. <br /> 2.All existing connected water services must be capped at the back side of the meter prior to <br /> demolition. <br /> 3.All existing connected side sewers must first obtain a separate Side Sewer Cap-Off permit, and then <br /> be capped prior to demolition. <br /> 4. Proper rodent abatement shall be conducted prior to demolition. <br /> 5. Erosion and Sedimentation Control measures per City Standards shall be taken prior to and <br /> throughout demolition. <br /> 6. No site work, clearing,grading, excavating, or earthwork permitted except to restore building pad <br /> after demolition. Building pad area shall be graveled or re-vegetated. No exposed soils permitted. <br />
