The sidewalls are 2x4 wood with 3/8 sheetrock paneling with <br /> batts ( no mud , tape or texture). The floor , wall insulation is fiberglass, the ceiling <br /> blown in rock wool, with fibered ceiling panels.Roof framing is 2x2wood with 1/2 inch <br /> plywood and composition shingles, except in the vaulted areas where they are 2x6 <br /> wood . Exterior siding is wood siding, exterior windows are aluminum framed with <br /> double pained glass,no sealant. interior and exterior doors are wood , with wood <br /> frame. flooring is tile with some carpet.hot water heater is free from tape or sealant, <br /> heater is electric with one piece metal ducts with tape.walls and ceilings are sheetrock <br /> , taped , textured and painted. <br /> * Note The home has been severely damaged by fire, the roof ing and sheeting was cut <br /> into by the firefighters and left huge holes that were not covered, The rain has come in <br /> and compromised the ceiling, flooring and sub floor, the floor is soft from the fire and <br /> the mass amount of water put on it to put out the fire.lt is not safe to go into the home <br /> especially as you move from north to south. The home also contains a large amount <br /> of furniture, appliances, computers, collectable things and displays and a large <br /> amount of stuff on the floor that has been melted together, and after saturated, making <br /> the flooring even more likely to collapse with just human weight. <br />
