If you have any questions regarding the <br /> comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works plans <br /> reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler@everettwa.gov (or 425-257-7813),or the other reviewers listed <br /> depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments are for the Public Works permit <br /> only. Other correction letters may exist for Planning and Building for the Building Permits. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made_ <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your use upon <br /> resubmittaI). <br /> b. Plans: (4)full size sets of revised plans. <br /> c. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised report. <br /> d. SWPPP Report: (2) copies of revised SWPPP report. <br /> e. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for pedestrian easement with legal description and <br /> exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be notarized and can take place at the <br /> permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the <br /> owner. <br /> f. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the <br /> City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee (as applicable based on water plan revision). <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:OOpm and from 1:OOpm-4:OOpm <br /> (closed between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch). <br /> Pag��� <br />
