Silver Lake Plaza Responsibility of Operation and Maintenance The current property owner is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all on -site private stormwater facilities related to the subject property. A copy of this operation and maintenance manual shall be retained on -site or within reasonable access to the site, and, if the property is sold, this manual shall be transferred with the property to the new owner. A copy of this manual will also be kept in the records of the City of Everett. Refer to the following pages for specific operations and maintenance procedures related to on -site stormwater facilities. For additional information pertaining to operation and maintenance, refer to Volume I, Section 2.5.9 of the current version of the Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington.
