Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions regarding <br />the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works plans <br />reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov. Please note that these <br />comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once <br />all requested revisions have been made: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) see attached, also available at the Permit Counter-2"d Floor, 3200 <br />Cedar Street. <br />ii. Plans: (3) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. (Revised plans must have <br />updated date, plus signed and dated stamp on every page). <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report. (Must have drainage report cover <br />that is stamped, signed, and dated with updated date). <br />iv. Operations and Maintenance Manual: (2) copies of separate O&M Manual, updated per <br />comments below. (Must have updated date and must match section 9 of drainage <br />report). <br />v. SWPPP Report: Note: SWPPP is approved and we do not need additional copies. We will <br />use the ones we have for permit issuance. <br />vi. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal description <br />and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this form, please email <br />Sabrina at SFandler@everettwa.pov. Signing of this form must be notarized and can take <br />place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of permit issuance for <br />convenience to the owner. <br />vii. Electronic Documents: (1) CD with pdfs of revised plans, drainage report, and O&M <br />Manual. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm- <br />4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
