This work to be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department. Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. 7. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8. On -site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shrdWaq submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 11.
