This proposal is extremely harming to many <br />members of our community and society. This proposal is the embodiment of sheer heartlessness. People's livelihoods <br />and state of homelessness should not be considered "criminal". Being homeless is not a crime. This email is my most <br />polite way of expressing this horrible proposal that YOU have ensued. I do not think you individuals on the council <br />reflect the Everett city as a whole and disheartens me to find that this is even a topic of discussion.
