I cant!! You're lack of action, complete bureaucratically bungling, and ineptitude <br />in the matter is beyond contempt. Never, and when I say never, I mean in my entire 68 yrs have I witnessed such an <br />abortion , such a circus , a comedy with a elected governing body!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! The homeless / <br />transient encampment under the bridge is half a city block long... filth , debris, trash, garbage , along with the <br />impromptu shelters is imexcusible and operates uncontrolled and without ANY oversite or consequences. You consider <br />yourselves a governing body acting with due diligence with the cities wellbeing as priority.? Bullshit. A 4thgrader would <br />have better insight then you worthless bureaucrats! Receiving any compensation at all for your "jobs" boarders on <br />stealing. I plan on posting some some photos I have on line. A public street for all to see.
